Loraas family doubles down!

Chris Loraas and Lori Cotter are the proud parents of twins born on September 16th. The new arrivals are a baby boy named Otto (5 pounds 6 ounces) and a baby girl named Ellie (5 pounds). All 4 are reportedly doing well!
