More information on Physicals

Here is a link to instructions for physicals.  If you initiate your own packet please Notify someone here at the base so we now it was done.  We have no way of knowing if you did and it will sit there and nothing will happen.  Good luck.

2018 Physicals

The 2018 physicals are ready and it is a bit of a new system this year.  If you are ready to take your physical send an email to me at this link and we will get you going.  You will have to have access to your connect hr from any computer.
