After Hours Hanger Access
Talk with your foreman if you need to get into the aircraft hanger after hours. There is an access code you need to get. If you don't have it the police are automatically dispatched. This has happened a couple of times and they are starting to get grumpy.

Spotters and ASP's - Do it now and avoid future AgLearns
You need to make sure that training has a paper copy of ALL of your IAT (Interagency Aviation Training) completion certificates. These need to be in your IQCS record, for the following classes:
A-101, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 113, 115, 116, 200 & 204
At some point IAT will switch over to AgLearn, so getting this done now might not be a bad idea.

Protect your annual leave
If you are one of the lucky few who have so much leave saved up that you're in use or lose:
Be sure to put in a leave slip for any time you are planning to take off, including the Christmas break. This will protect your leave in case something comes up that causes you to miss your leave days (Hurricaine, Blizzard response, government shutdown, etc.)

Projects Update 1-24-2011
New info coming out of R-8 concerning modules. Clint has said Wx is goofy down there right now, but Feb. is looking to be good and he wants to start bring FS modules down around mid- Feb. Currently he is thinking each module for 3 weeks and atleast two rolls. I have a list of folks interested, please call me or email me if you want to be on that list.
Also have a cadre committed to the Apprentice Academy to teach L-280 and I-200 between March 12th thru the 21st. The weekend would be off to go to SF or skiing or ??. Usually there is some OT with these details. I would love to hear from folks with any interest in this.
We need to get folks in pay status and get them their travel card for either of these, so earlier is better the later. Timo Rova 406-239-9457 or trova@fs.fed.us
